Rules...
1. Your site must have appropriate content, meaning it can viewed by youngsters.
2. Re-direct URLs are not allowed.
3. Buttons must be 88 x 31 pixels.
4. English websites are preferred.
5. Please have the rotation link up and visible immediately after joining.
6. Your button must be direct linkable, if not please use Photobucket.
7. Please be sure not to place the rotation script with in frames, its hard to find.
8. Sites with a large amounts with pop-ups will not be accepted.
9. You will be approved after the link is up and visible.
Note...
Be sure to place the code in a visible place, I say this because your site will not generate hits if it's
hidden on some page with in your site.
